Diet Coke is for Fat People Challenge Week 6

Week 6 starting weight: 239 pounds
Week 7 starting weight: 237 pounds

Total Challenge weight lost: 4 pounds in 6 weeks 

I’ve gotten back to eating less which seems to have worked. Still haven’t had the time for much in the way of exercise. I do have a lot of photo shoots coming up soon and those really are a lot of exercise. There’s nothing like working and working out at the same time.

Drinking Diet Coke? Offended? I don’t really think it’s for fat people. Read the history behind the name here.
