Let’s not go completely crazy

I’m a big fan of Governor Palin and what she could represent on the Republican ticket. However, I’m also a big fan of a well-reasoned argument. With that in mind, let’s not go completely crazy defending her.

For example, “Sarah Palin has no foreign-policy experience.”

The response I’ve heard? “She’s governor of Alaska which is the closest part of America to Russia so she has great foreign-policy experience.”

What?

Do Palin and Putin walk out on wind-swept docks each morning and stare each other in the eyes via ultra-high-power binoculars.

She has no foreign-policy experience. Let’s just admit it and move on. Stop using an ignorant argument. It just makes the rest of us look dumb.

And, for the record, I’m shockingly o.k. with the fact that she has no foreign-policy experience.

I’m with you on this one. I would just simply encourage anyone and everyone to measure McCain experience + Palin experience and compare it to Obama + Biden experience.

THAT is what I’m okay with.
