What’s your quirk?

We’re all weird in our own ways. Becca was laughing at me today so I thought I’d share one of my quirks and see what yours is.

I don’t like eating meat off the bone. I love eating meat. It’s the biggest part of my diet. I just don’t like it off the bone. Chicken, steaks, fish, whatever. I’ll eat it if I must, but it’s not my favorite thing. Not sure why. I don’t find it gross or anything. I just don’t like doing it.

So what’s an odd quirk you have?

I’m very slightly OCD and I can’t stand it if I have something that doesn’t match something else. I’ve had only one oven mitt for the last forever, and I refused to buy another until I figured out where my Aunt bought the first one for me (it was a new-apartment present). I finally found it the other day (at Bed Bath and Beyond) and the salesperson tried to sell me a more expensive version. I told her that I couldn’t, because I had to buy the one that matched the one at home… she just looked at me like I was crazy.

one of my many quirks is – i have allergies, real bad…but when i itch my ear inside (i use my finger) i shake the whole bed – my husband told me i had this one…
i also do not like my food to touch each other.

I hate to be crowded, (I’m sure my husband would name a few more were he here right now.) especially in food lines. My husband and I used to be on the Anastasis, a YWAM ship, and the crew would line up for meals, and I would feel the person behind me pushing into me to reach for their food, and I wanted to flick coleslaw into their eyes. I mean, the food wasn’t even that good, so I never could figure out why they were in such a rush to get at it.
